Privacy Policy

When you use the generator, we process the prompt you enter, an uploaded image if you choose the image-to-image path, the rewritten model prompt, and the image returned by the upstream provider. We may also process an abbreviated IP address or request identifier for daily quotas, abuse prevention, Turnstile verification, and service diagnostics.

The site does not require an account for the current free workflow. If paid accounts are introduced, billing and account records will be processed by the selected merchant of record and only the account details needed to provide the paid service will be retained by Pellucen.

Standard infrastructure logs may include request time, route, response status, browser metadata, and security information supplied by Cloudflare. We do not run advertising trackers on the current tool pages.

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, security, Workers AI moderation, and infrastructure logs. Text is sent to DeepSeek for prompt rewriting and every user-supplied prompt is screened through Creem's Content Moderation API before generation. Prompts and uploaded images are sent to the configured image inference provider to create the requested result. Uploaded and generated images may also be checked through Cloudflare Workers AI for content safety.

Generated results are held in a temporary result store and are designed to expire after 24 hours. Uploaded files are processed for the request and are not intended to become a public gallery. Provider-side retention is governed by each provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Do not upload passports, financial records, medical information, confidential client material, or other regulated data.

We retain quota counters, security information, and limited operational logs only for as long as reasonably needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, resolve failures, and meet legal obligations.

You can choose whether to use text generation or upload an image. You can edit a rewritten prompt before generation. You may request information about privacy practices or ask for deletion of personal information that can be associated with you by emailing athena@nosemuse.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the request, but do not send a password, full payment card number, or identity document.
