Terms of Service and AI Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Pellucen to generate, edit, isolate, and download images when you have the rights needed for the input and intended output. You are responsible for the prompts, files, links, and other material you submit. Do not use the service to infringe privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.

The following categories are prohibited:

• all adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW image generation, including any attempt to create, edit, or transform such content
• sexual content involving minors or any attempt to generate or transform it
• threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or content that promotes violence
• instructions or assets intended to create malware, fraud, phishing, or illegal goods
• non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, or privacy-invasive manipulation
• content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, or other third-party rights
• attempts to bypass Turnstile, quotas, content review, or provider access controls

Every user-supplied prompt must be screened through Creem's Content Moderation API before it is sent to an image model. A decision of flag or deny blocks generation. Pellucen may also review uploaded images and generated images through Cloudflare Workers AI and may reject output after generation. Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, and NSFW image generation is strictly prohibited. Security checks, rate limits, and review systems may not be bypassed, automated around, or used to overload the service.

You retain any rights you already hold in the material you upload. You grant Pellucen a limited licence to transmit, process, and temporarily store that material only as needed to provide the service, protect the platform, and comply with law. Generated results are temporary in the current implementation and may expire after 24 hours.

AI output may not be unique. Similar or identical output may be produced for other users or by other systems. Pellucen does not guarantee that output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing output and obtaining any rights, releases, or clearances required for your use.

Paid plans may include a commercial-use licence for output generated through the service, subject to these terms and any applicable upstream model or provider terms. No licence is granted for prohibited content or for use that violates law. See the Refund Policy for billing-specific terms.

The free service is limited to three generations per IP per UTC day and may have additional technical limits. Paid plans, when available, are described on the Pricing page. A merchant of record may process payment, tax, refunds, and related billing obligations. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund details are explained in the Refund Policy and at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, when a request creates legal or security risk, or when service capacity must be protected. We may update the service or these terms as the product and law change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pellucen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from generated output, third-party model availability, or temporary result storage. Questions may be sent to athena@nosemuse.com.
